Ordering

Orders are confirmed via email address given by you during checkout. Orders can also be placed by phone during regular business hours. 

Furniture ordered from Porch+Patio could range from 4-8 weeks to ship, so its always a good idea to plan ahead and order your furniture selection early. Porch+Patio can always help you find alternative choices if time frame will cause conflict with your required date.

Upon receiving your order confirmation via email, please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy. If an order needs to be revised or canceled, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing [email protected] or calling 912-729-1173. Please indicate you are calling about an order placed online.

Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive a confirmation from Porch+Patio by email outlining the changes you requested.

Returns Policy

Porch+Patio typically will not accept Returns on the merchandise that you have ordered.  Each of our manufacturers has their own returns policy that we must adhere to. Please email us at [email protected] or call 912-729-1173 to discuss. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging for a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If any of your furniture appears damaged in transit please contact us at 912-729-1173 within 24 hours of arrival and retain all packing material for the carrier claim inspection.

Most of the merchandise sold at Porch+Patio is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, and normal wear and tear are not covered by any warranty. The legitimacy of all warranty claims is determined solely by the manufacturer and/or Porch+Patio, and ultimately the manufacturer makes the decision as to whether or not to repair/replace defective merchandise.
